Job Description
The Commercial Manager – Youth Financial Services will own the commercial performance of the youth portfolio, driving acquisition, activation and product uptake. The role translates business priorities into commercial plans, conducts market research on youth trends and partners with product owners to develop relevant offers. Candidates should have a strong commercial mindset and at least five years of experience in finance or related fields.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND)
- • Minimum five years of experience in finance, commercial management or related fields
- • Strong analytical and market research skills
- • Ability to develop and execute commercial strategies and campaigns
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

- • Own commercial performance of the youth customer portfolio, meeting targets for acquisition, activation, usage and profitability
- • Translate business priorities and customer insights into commercial plans, campaigns and propositions
- • Research youth needs, behaviours and emerging trends through market intelligence and analytics
- • Partner with product owners and cross‑functional teams to develop, test and commercialise products, pricing and offers
- • Identify and develop partnerships with universities, schools, employers and youth organisations
- • Monitor and analyse performance metrics to optimise commercial outcomes
