Job Description
The Commercial Operations Manager translates commercial priorities into actionable projects across Turaco’s operations. The role resolves billing and reconciliation issues, improves customer performance, coordinates product launches and drives cross‑functional initiatives with product, technology, finance and partnership teams. The manager must quickly understand complex problems, communicate solutions clearly and push projects forward with urgency. A bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience are required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) in a relevant field
- • 3–5 years of experience in commercial operations, finance or related areas
- • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with spreadsheets and operational data

- • Resolve billing, reconciliation and other operational issues affecting customers
