Job Description
The trainee will support ADM’s commercial operations across Africa, assisting trading, sales, marketing and business development teams. Responsibilities include analysing market trends, managing pricing and contracts, and building relationships with customers and suppliers. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field and have up to two years of professional experience. A strong interest in commercial business and willingness to relocate across African markets are essential.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Agriculture, Agribusiness, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Food Technology or related field
- • 0–2 years of professional experience
- • Strong interest in commercial business, sales, marketing and customer engagement
- • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and relocate across African countries

- • Support trading, sales, marketing and business development teams in executing strategies

- • Participate in pricing, contract management, logistics coordination and risk management
