Qualifications & Requirements
- • Culinary diploma or equivalent training
- • Experience in a kitchen environment, preferably on a grill station
- • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

- • Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking grilled menu items
- • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station
- • Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- • Support senior chefs with plating and portion control
- • Monitor stock levels of grill supplies and report shortages
