The Concierge Specialist will deliver premium guest services for Great Plains Conservation, creating memorable wildlife experiences for visitors. Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism or related discipline
- • Proven experience in a concierge or guest‑services role, preferably in eco‑tourism
- • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- • Passion for wildlife conservation and sustainable tourism
- • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
