Job Description
The Construction Project Manager will plan, coordinate and oversee multiple construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. The role involves close collaboration with architects, engineers, subcontractors and clients, while managing risks and maintaining safety compliance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- • Minimum 5 years of experience managing construction projects
- • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations and safety standards
- • Proven ability to deliver projects within scope, schedule and budget
- • Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills

- • Develop detailed project plans, schedules and milestones
- • Coordinate with architects, engineers and subcontractors to create realistic construction timelines
- • Prepare and manage project budgets, monitor costs and negotiate contracts
- • Lead on‑site teams, providing direction to supervisors and workers
- • Identify project risks and implement mitigation and safety measures
- • Track progress, produce status reports and ensure compliance with regulations
