Job Description
The Content Creator/Videographer will own the end‑to‑end production of short‑form video and visual content for BB Bread’s social platforms. Responsibilities include ideation, shooting, editing, posting, and performance analysis to keep the brand engaging and relevant.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • 2–4 years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or advertising
- • Strong portfolio showcasing original social media content
- • Excellent understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and related platforms
- • Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Ideate, shoot, edit, and post short‑form video content (Reels, TikToks, skits, stories)
- • Generate fresh, brand‑aligned content ideas and adapt trending formats quickly
- • Write engaging captions and scripts that reflect the BB Bread voice
- • Plan and manage a monthly content calendar, balancing planned and real‑time trends
- • Publish and engage with audiences across social platforms, responding to comments and messages
- • Collaborate with designers, influencers, and other creators for larger productions
- • Support digital campaigns, activations, and product launches with on‑ground content
- • Track performance metrics and use insights to refine future content
