The Corporate Communications Manager will lead DIB Kenya’s communications strategy, shaping the bank’s public image and stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities include overseeing media relations, internal communications, regulatory outreach, and crisis management while supporting executive positioning and employer branding. Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) or higher
- MBA/MSc/MA preferred
- • Minimum 8 years of corporate communications or public relations experience
- • At least 3 years working in the financial services or banking sector
- • Proven track record in media relations, reputation management, and executive communications
- • Strong business writing, speechwriting, and digital communications skills
- • Proficiency with media monitoring and analytics tools
- • Excellent project and stakeholder management abilities
