Job Description
The Corporate Finance & Treasury Analyst supports the finance manager by building detailed financial models, conducting macro‑economic research and performing scenario analyses to guide fundraising and strategic decisions. They also manage the company’s liquidity, funding structures and ensure covenant compliance, delivering timely reports to investors and lenders.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field and a professional finance certificate
- • Five to eight years of experience in corporate finance analysis and treasury functions
- • Strong analytical, modelling and organizational skills with attention to detail

Responsibilities
- • Build and maintain robust financial models to support fundraising, strategic planning and investment decisions
- • Conduct macro‑economic research and update model assumptions for scenario and stress testing
- • Perform sensitivity, scenario and stress analyses to evaluate financial risks and opportunities
- • Prepare financial forecasts, valuations and funding plans for strategic initiatives
- • Manage daily, weekly and monthly group liquidity, funding structures and covenant compliance
- • Produce investor and lender reports and ensure timely covenant compliance
