Job Description
Monitors and controls project costs in real time, comparing actual, committed and forecast expenditures against approved budgets to prevent overruns. Provides timely financial insights to project managers and senior leadership, enabling proactive decision‑making and safeguarding project profitability.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- • Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA or CMA (preferred).
- • Minimum 2 years of experience in cost accounting or project finance.
- • Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.

- • Track project costs as they are incurred and update cost records in real time.
- • Compare actual, committed and forecast costs against approved budgets.
- • Identify cost overruns, budget variances and margin erosion early.
- • Monitor cost‑to‑complete and flag potential project losses.
- • Supply project managers with timely financial information for corrective actions.
- • Consolidate project‑level financial data to provide portfolio‑wide visibility.
