Job Description
The Kenya Country Lead for Women's Integrated Sexual Health (WISH) oversees programme delivery, financial management and stakeholder engagement for the FCDO‑funded initiative. They design annual work plans, ensure high‑quality deliverables, and maintain strong relationships with government and donor partners. The role requires senior‑level expertise in health programme management and strategic leadership.

Responsibilities
- • Design and implement annual country work plans in alignment with FCDO and government partners
- • Oversee delivery of programme activities, ensuring timely and high‑quality outputs
- • Manage financial planning, forecasting, spend monitoring and cost control
- • Lead a multidisciplinary team and coordinate with other country leads and partners
- • Ensure compliance with donor reporting, value‑for‑money and governance requirements
- • Build and maintain relationships with senior government officials, donors and stakeholders
- • Provide strategic advice and analysis on demography, SRHR and health policy
- • Represent the programme in external meetings, conferences and stakeholder forums
- • Monitor and report on programme performance, budgets and impact metrics
