Job Description
The Country Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Manager leads the design, implementation, and oversight of M&E systems across programs, ensuring high‑quality data collection, analysis, and learning to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related field
- • Demonstrated experience in M&E within the development sector
- • Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
