Job Description
The Creative Lead will head the development of packaging artwork and marketing collateral for FMCG products, translating brand concepts into print‑ready designs. The role requires close collaboration with agencies and packaging suppliers, ensuring accurate SKU translation and compliance with production specifications. A strong portfolio of printed packaging work is essential, and video editing skills are a plus.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc) or HND in a design‑related field
- • Minimum 4 years of professional design experience, with at least 2 years focused on packaging artwork
- • Proven portfolio of printed packaging projects, preferably in FMCG
- • Strong understanding of print production processes and file preparation
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Create and manage packaging artwork for product lines
- • Translate master files across SKUs and prepare print‑ready files
- • Work with agencies and packaging suppliers to execute designs
- • Produce marketing collateral and campaign content
- • Ensure artwork complies with brand guidelines and production requirements
- • Utilize Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Canva and Figma for design work
- • Coordinate carton sizing and SKU translation for packaging
- • Optionally capture and edit video content for marketing purposes
