Job Description
The Credit Analyst supports the development and implementation of credit risk models and scorecards for digital lending products, while monitoring portfolio quality and conducting macro‑economic and sector analyses. Responsibilities include designing risk models, performing due‑diligence, and preparing regular reporting for senior management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field
- • Relevant professional certification is an advantage

- • Design and develop credit risk management models and behavioral scorecards for mobile lending products
- • Support the credit cycle through prospect targeting, acquisition, exposure management and collections
- • Conduct portfolio quality reviews and ensure credit standards are maintained
- • Prepare monthly scheme portfolio reports, forbearance, limit and annual reviews for the Head of Retail Credit Risk
- • Lead macro‑economic monitoring, sector analysis and competitor assessments impacting the retail credit portfolio
- • Build and track test cases, sampling and performance metrics for scorecard deployment
