Job Description
The Credit Controller is responsible for managing cash flow, overseeing revenue streams, and ensuring accurate account reconciliation for the organization. The role involves handling billing processes, negotiating debt settlements, and maintaining policy and contract compliance. Strong analytical and negotiation skills are essential to resolve disputes and support financial stability. The position operates remotely, collaborating with finance teams and external partners.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor of Commerce in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- • Professional certification such as CPA‑K, ACCA, or CCP with ICPAK membership
- • Minimum of 5 years total work experience, including at least 2 years as a Credit Controller
- • In‑depth knowledge of IFRS, local tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
- • Proficiency with accounting software and strong analytical abilities
- • Excellent negotiation, problem‑solving, and customer service skills
