Job Description
The Credit Group Manager will lead Citi's Institutional Credit Management team, overseeing credit risk assessment and portfolio governance across the organization. The role requires deep expertise in credit analysis, regulatory compliance, and the ability to drive risk‑aware decision making at a senior level.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field
- • Minimum 5 years of experience in credit risk management, preferably within a banking environment
- • Strong analytical, quantitative and problem‑solving skills
- • Proven leadership experience managing credit teams
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
