Job Description
The Credit Operations Associate supports the senior manager in executing global credit initiatives, monitoring performance and coordinating projects across operating companies. Responsibilities include preparing performance reports, analysing trends, and maintaining project trackers. The role requires strong analytical abilities and effective communication with cross‑functional teams.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline
- • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- • Proficiency with Google Sheets and data‑visualisation tools (e.g., BI platforms)
- • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Prepare weekly and monthly global credit performance reports
- • Identify performance gaps and trends, flagging issues for management attention
- • Conduct deep‑dive analyses of under‑performing markets, products and customer segments
- • Develop performance trackers and dashboards in collaboration with BI teams
- • Coordinate rollout of global credit initiatives, maintaining project plans, timelines and action trackers
- • Follow up on implementation milestones and ensure documentation of outcomes
