Job Description
The Culinary Consultant / Master Chef will design Afro‑Fusion menus, train kitchen staff, and oversee culinary operations for a 100‑bed hotel in Nairobi. The consultant will bring innovative concepts and ensure high‑quality food delivery aligned with the client’s brand.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Minimum 5 years of experience as a chef with a focus on Afro‑Fusion cuisine
- • Culinary diploma or equivalent professional qualification
- • Proven track record of menu development and kitchen leadership
- • Strong creativity, presentation skills, and knowledge of local ingredients
- • Ability to work on a contract basis and adapt to client requirements
