The Custodial Services Officer will manage settlement processing for multi‑asset class instruments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. The role involves monitoring exceptions, responding to client queries, and maintaining high‑quality settlement services. Candidates must hold a first‑degree and have 3‑4 years of banking operations experience, with strong knowledge of securities post‑trade processes. Excellent client‑service orientation and analytical skills are essential.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • First‑degree (BA/BSc/HND) in a relevant field
- • 3–4 years of banking operations experience
- • Solid understanding of securities, equities, bonds and money‑market post‑trade services
- • Demonstrated client‑centric behaviour across email, telephone and SWIFT channels
- • Strong analytical and data‑analysis capabilities
- • Ability to follow procedures, manage tasks and meet timescales
