Job Description

The Customer Care Executive serves as the primary point of contact for patients, handling inbound calls, scheduling appointments, and managing communications with clinicians. They maintain accurate records of appointments, messages and patient interactions, and coordinate doctors' hospital schedules and procedure bookings. The role also supports insurance pre‑authorisations, social media activities and routine reporting while ensuring confidentiality and high service standards. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, attention to detail and proficiency with office software.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • • Diploma or degree in Customer Service, Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration or a related field
  • • Minimum three years experience in a customer care, front office or call‑handling role, preferably in healthcare
  • • Excellent telephone manner with clear, confident spoken English
  • Kiswahili an advantage
  • • Strong record‑keeping and attention to detail
  • • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
  • • Experience in a hospital, clinic or medical front office
  • • Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance pre‑authorisation
  • • Experience with appointment‑booking or practice management software
