Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND or Diploma in a relevant field.
- • Minimum 3 years experience in high‑volume customer service, hospitality, retail, or contact‑centre environments.
- • Strong accuracy in data entry and attention to detail.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
