Job Description
The Data Engineer will design, build and maintain data pipelines and analytics infrastructure, transforming raw business data into reliable insights that drive operational efficiency and growth for Victory Farms.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science or a related field
- • 3+ years experience in data modelling, pipeline development and analysis
- • Proficiency with SQL, ETL tools and cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake
- • Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI
- • Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
- • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Design, build and maintain data pipelines from ERPNext to Snowflake
- • Extract, transform and load core business data, including finance and inventory information
- • Develop and maintain data models and the analytics warehouse
- • Automate data workflows and ensure data quality and consistency
- • Create dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
- • Collaborate with the Director of Data and Innovation on data strategy
