Job Description
The data engineer will design, build and scale the data infrastructure that supports decision‑making across Moringa School. Responsibilities include creating robust ETL/ELT pipelines, modelling data structures and ensuring data quality for business intelligence reporting. The role works closely with analysts and non‑technical stakeholders to deliver reliable data products.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND in a related field
- • Minimum six years of experience in data engineering or a similar role

- • Design and build scalable data infrastructure for the organisation
- • Develop, schedule and orchestrate ETL/ELT pipelines
- • Create and maintain data models, schemas and dimensional structures
- • Implement automated data testing and quality assurance frameworks
- • Optimise SQL queries and improve performance of data workloads
- • Collaborate with analysts and business users to gather requirements and deliver usable data products
- • Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices
