Job Description
We are seeking a debt collection agent to join our team at Jaysur Cognitive Management Limited. The successful candidate will have a strong background in debt collection and be able to contact customers by phone to collect overdue payments. The role will involve negotiating payment plans, accurately recording call content, and achieving daily and monthly collection targets. Qualifications & Requirements
