Job Description
The Declarant‑Ant manages bond applications and related customs documentation, ensuring timely submission and compliance. The role also prepares statutory letters and applications to various agencies and maintains accurate records of all documentation. A diploma or vocational qualification and strong reporting abilities are required.

- • Prepare and submit bond applications and supporting documents to customs authorities
- • Lodge bond entries and manage related customs documentation within required timelines
- • Follow up on bond approvals, amendments, cancellations, and releases, coordinating with customs officers and internal departments
- • Draft and submit statutory letters and applications to agencies such as KRA, KPA, KAA, and NTSA
- • Maintain registers of all letters, applications, and correspondence and ensure timely follow‑up
