Job Description
Supports the African Development Bank’s project delivery by monitoring performance indicators, preparing reports, and ensuring that initiatives meet their intended outcomes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Development Studies, Economics, or a related field
- • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- • Familiarity with monitoring and evaluation methodologies
- • Proficiency in Excel and data‑visualisation tools
- • Good written and verbal communication abilities

- • Track project milestones and performance metrics against established targets
- • Collect and analyse data to assess project effectiveness
- • Prepare regular monitoring reports and dashboards for senior management
- • Assist in conducting evaluations and impact assessments
- • Support coordination between project teams and external partners
