Job Description
The Demand Planning Officer supports the organization by forecasting product demand, managing inventory levels, and coordinating purchase orders to ensure uninterrupted supply of materials for operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Supply Chain Management or a related field
- • At least 1 year experience in demand planning or supply‑chain functions
- • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- • Proficiency with inventory management or ERP systems
- • Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills

- • Support demand planning and forecasting activities
- • Monitor inventory levels and trigger replenishment actions
- • Create, manage, and track purchase orders for materials and components
- • Liaise with suppliers to confirm delivery schedules and resolve discrepancies
- • Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and supplier communications
- • Ensure purchased items meet quality standards and specifications
- • Update inventory data in the ERP system and investigate order variances
