Job Description
The Deputy Finance Director will provide strategic financial leadership across InSupply Health’s projects, overseeing budgeting, reporting, and performance monitoring to ensure fiscal integrity and compliance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- Master’s preferred.
- • Minimum seven years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles.
- • Proven experience managing multi‑country project finances.
- • Strong analytical, reporting and stakeholder management skills.
- • Proficiency with financial management systems and advanced Excel.
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Lead day‑to‑day financial operations across multiple countries and project sites.
- • Develop, monitor and report on project budgets and forecasts.
- • Ensure compliance with donor requirements and internal financial policies.
- • Prepare financial statements, cash flow analyses and management reports.
- • Coordinate with program teams to align financial planning with operational goals.
- • Supervise finance staff and provide capacity‑building support.
