Job Description
The Deputy Vice Chancellor – Academic, Research and Student Affairs will provide strategic leadership for academic programs, research initiatives and student services at Daystar University. The role involves policy development, oversight of faculty performance and fostering a supportive learning environment. Extensive senior‑level experience in higher education administration is required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Master’s Degree in Education, Management or a related field
- • At least 8 years of senior academic administration experience
- • Demonstrated leadership and strategic planning abilities
- • Strong understanding of research governance and student development
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills

- • Lead the development and implementation of academic policies and curricula
- • Oversee research strategy, grant management and scholarly output
- • Manage student affairs, including welfare, counseling and extracurricular programs
