Job Description
The DevOps Engineer will design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for the SAS AML platform, automate infrastructure provisioning, and ensure reliable operation of cloud and on‑premise environments. Responsibilities include configuring and patching SAS platforms, implementing DevSecOps controls, monitoring performance, and documenting runbooks. The role requires 5–7 years of DevOps or SRE experience with strong Linux, container and automation skills.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- • 5–7+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE or platform engineering.
- • Hands‑on experience administering SAS software platforms.
- • Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix, containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
- • Experience with infrastructure automation and scripting.
- • Understanding of security best practices and vulnerability management.
- • Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for SAS AML and supporting applications.
- • Configure, support, patch and upgrade SAS platforms across cloud and on‑premise environments.
- • Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment using appropriate tools.
- • Monitor system availability and performance, investigate incidents and implement preventive improvements.
- • Apply DevSecOps controls, secure configuration and vulnerability scanning.
- • Maintain runbooks and operational documentation.
- • Collaborate with engineering, security and vendor teams to resolve issues.
- • Provide on‑call support and incident response as needed.
