Job Description
The Digital Growth Expert will own and operate the Kenyan Odoo webshop while driving European market expansion. Responsibilities include managing product listings, checkout processes, and digital campaigns, as well as optimizing paid media and CRM performance across regions. The role bridges local execution with pan‑European growth strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
- • Proven experience in e‑commerce, digital marketing, and web platform management
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Own and manage the Odoo website and webshop for the Kenyan market, including product catalogue, checkout, payments, and campaigns
- • Optimize paid‑media, CRM, and conversion funnels for the European rollout in collaboration with the paid specialist and technical lead
- • Analyze performance data and implement improvements to increase revenue and user engagement
- • Coordinate between the Kenyan shop and European growth team to ensure alignment of strategies
- • Conduct A/B testing, monitor KPIs, and report results to senior management
