Job Description
The Digital Marketing Assistant will create and manage engaging social‑media content for beauty products, support digital campaigns, and help increase brand awareness and online sales through analytics and customer interaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
- • Knowledge of digital marketing and social‑media management
- • Creative content‑creation skills, including video editing and graphic design
- • Strong interest in beauty, skincare and cosmetics
- • Excellent communication, organization and copy‑writing abilities
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Create engaging photos, videos, reels and graphics for social‑media platforms
- • Manage and grow social‑media accounts across relevant channels
- • Support digital marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and sales
- • Respond to customer inquiries and engage with online audiences
- • Assist with product promotions, offers and new product launches
- • Monitor social‑media performance and prepare regular reports
- • Support online sales initiatives and implement strategies to increase conversions
