Job Description
The Digital Marketing & Customer Service Assistant will support lead generation through digital marketing activities, create and manage content for online channels, and conduct product demonstrations for prospective clients. The role also handles customer inquiries, provides support, and helps maintain a high‑quality customer experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
- • Good computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly
- • Experience in a call‑centre or customer‑service environment
- • Interest in digital marketing and basic understanding of online channels

- • Assist with digital marketing activities to generate leads for Zuridesk
- • Create and manage content for social media and other digital channels
- • Support online marketing campaigns and lead‑generation initiatives
- • Identify and engage potential customers, conduct product demonstrations and answer queries
