The Digital Marketing & Social Media Officer will develop and execute social media strategies that raise brand awareness for Velva Glow, a fragrance brand. Responsibilities include managing Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, creating engaging visual content, and handling customer interactions across platforms. The role also involves collaborating with influencers and supporting promotional campaigns. A creative mindset, strong communication skills and a passion for beauty and lifestyle brands are essential.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
- • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management or customer engagement
- • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and WhatsApp Business
- • Proficient written and spoken English
- • Excellent communication and customer‑service skills
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other social media platforms
- • Plan and maintain a regular content calendar
- • Create, edit and publish posts, photos, videos, Reels and Stories
- • Monitor comments, messages, mentions and customer interactions
- • Keep social media pages active, professional and aligned with brand image
- • Produce creative content to promote perfumes, new products, promotions and brand activities
- • Capture basic product photos and videos using a smartphone
- • Assist with product photography, short‑form videos and promotional campaigns
- • Develop ideas for social media campaigns and seasonal promotions
- • Collaborate with influencers, content creators and marketing partners
- • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and WhatsApp Business
