Job Description
The Digital Product Lead will own the product roadmap for Mogo Finance’s digital lending platforms, designing end‑to‑end journeys, defining analytics, and establishing experimentation frameworks to drive commercial results.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in digital product or product management, delivering high‑volume consumer products in financial services, payments or e‑commerce
- • Proven end‑to‑end ownership of a customer‑facing digital product with measurable commercial results
- • Fluent in product analytics and conversion rate optimisation, including event definition, funnel analysis and independent A/B testing
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Own the digital product roadmap across Android applications, web and payment journeys, delivering commercial outcomes
- • Design the end‑to‑end lending journey from application through disbursement to repayment
- • Define and implement product analytics, funnel reporting and A/B testing capabilities
- • Establish a structured experimentation model – hypothesis, experiment, measure, learn, scale – across Commercial, Risk and Operations
