Job Description
The Digital Workplace & Microsoft 365 Technical Expert will provide strategic advisory and hands‑on technical support for Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform and emerging tools such as Copilot. You will drive adoption, governance and continuous improvement across the organization.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field and relevant professional certifications
- • Minimum ten years of experience with Microsoft technologies and infrastructure
- • Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform and cloud governance
- • Strong analytical, advisory and stakeholder‑engagement skills

Responsibilities
- • Advise on Microsoft 365 strategy, adoption and governance
- • Identify opportunities to leverage new Microsoft capabilities, including Copilot
- • Engage business teams to understand productivity challenges and propose solutions
- • Design and implement technical solutions for SharePoint, Power Platform and related services
- • Provide technical analysis and support for M365 projects
- • Manage ongoing technical administration and optimization of the Microsoft 365 environment
