Job Description
Reporting to the Branch Team Leader, the Direct Sales Representative creates demand for AA Kenya’s products and services, identifies prospective customers and closes sales. The role involves prospecting, presenting solutions, negotiating terms and ensuring targets are met. The representative also maintains accurate sales records and builds lasting relationships with clients.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- • Proven ability to meet sales targets, preferably in a retail or automotive environment
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with sales tracking tools
