Job Description
The Director of Corporate Services provides strategic leadership for finance, human resources, planning, communications and ICT functions within the Commission. Reporting to the CEO, they ensure compliance with statutory regulations and drive improvements across all corporate service areas. The role involves policy development, technical advisory, and oversight of resource mobilization and corporate governance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • MBA, MSc or MA in Business Administration, Finance, Management or a related field
- • Professional certification in corporate governance or related area (preferred)
- • Minimum 15 years experience in senior corporate services roles, including finance, HR, planning or communications
- • Demonstrated ability to lead large multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects
- • Strong analytical, strategic planning and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities
- • Provide strategic leadership and direction for all corporate services, including Finance & Accounts, HR & Administration, Corporate Planning & Resource Mobilization, Corporate Communications and ICT
- • Develop, interpret and review policies, procedures, strategies and standards for each corporate function
- • Offer technical advice on corporate service matters to senior management
- • Oversee the delivery of finance, HR, planning, communications and ICT services to ensure efficiency and compliance
- • Ensure all corporate services adhere to statutory and regulatory requirements
- • Analyse existing structures, processes and systems and recommend improvements
- • Coordinate and manage programmes and activities across the Directorate
- • Represent the Commission in stakeholder engagements related to corporate services
