Job Description
The Director of Human Resource Management will lead the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies and procedures for the Authority. This role ensures effective recruitment, selection, training, compensation and performance management to attract and retain a skilled workforce. It also involves forecasting staffing needs and aligning HR initiatives with organizational objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Sociology or related field.
- • Master’s degree or professional HR certification preferred.
- • Minimum 15 years of progressive HR management experience.
- • Demonstrated leadership and strong managerial competence.
