The Director of Strategy & Innovation will lead the development and execution of BURN’s long‑term growth plans, driving commercial and product innovation across the manufacturing business. The role requires shaping strategic initiatives, evaluating market opportunities, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The director will collaborate with senior leadership to translate vision into actionable roadmaps.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or related field
- MBA preferred
- • Minimum 8 years experience in strategic planning or innovation leadership
- • Demonstrated success in driving commercial growth within manufacturing
- • Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills
- • Ability to influence senior executives and lead change initiatives
