Job Description
The Director of Organisational Change & Engagement will lead enterprise‑wide transformation initiatives, using communications and engagement strategies to embed change across the organization. Reporting to senior leadership, the role shapes change methodology, builds capability and ensures lasting impact.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) or higher
- • Extensive senior‑level experience leading change and engagement programmes
- • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive large‑scale transformation
- • Strong strategic thinking, communication and leadership skills
- • High integrity and a collaborative mindset
