Job Description
Responsible for coordinating order dispatch, supporting drivers, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of e‑commerce orders. The role provides primary customer service for online and mail‑order clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues. It also requires maintaining detailed product knowledge and accurate order documentation. Strong communication, analytical abilities and proficiency with Microsoft Excel are essential.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc/HND) in a relevant field
- • Minimum 1 year experience as a dispatch assistant or in a similar logistics role
- • Experience in e‑commerce environments, preferably fashion or apparel
- • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- • Excellent written and verbal communication with keen attention to detail
