Job Description
The Dispatch Assistant coordinates the movement of goods from the warehouse to customers, ensuring that shipments are prepared accurately and delivered on schedule. They work closely with drivers, inventory staff and customers to resolve any issues that arise during the dispatch process. The role requires strong organizational skills and a focus on safety and efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • High school diploma or equivalent
- further education in logistics is an advantage
- • At least 1 year of experience in dispatch, warehouse or logistics operations
- • Familiarity with inventory management software
- • Good communication and problem‑solving abilities
- • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
