Job Description
The District Representative III will drive revenue growth for Nalco Water by developing and executing sales plans within assigned accounts, building strong customer relationships and promoting water‑treatment solutions. The role involves consultative selling, account management and collaboration with technical service teams to meet profit targets. Candidates should possess strong leadership and problem‑solving skills.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND degree in Business, Engineering or related field
- • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in industrial or water‑treatment sectors
- • Strong leadership and account‑management capabilities
- • Excellent communication, negotiation and problem‑solving skills

- • Generate and execute sales plans for existing and competitively‑held accounts to achieve profit targets
- • Build and maintain relationships with customers using a consultative sales approach
- • Promote and sell water‑treatment programs and services to meet client needs
- • Identify and convert strategic competitive accounts into new business opportunities
- • Collaborate with technical service teams to ensure successful solution implementation
