Job Description
The Change Relay will act as the local change‑management focal point for the DRIVE 2030 program, linking central change teams with country stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of new solutions. Responsibilities include communicating change impacts, organizing workshops, and supporting onboarding of local teams.

- • Build and maintain a good understanding of the DRIVE 2030 ecosystem, deployment strategies and key project milestones
- • Act as the local change‑management focal point, connecting central change team, local management and users
- • Ensure business and operational impacts are understood and communication remains continuous
- • Organize dedicated meetings, workshops and use the change kit to drive early awareness and engagement
- • Participate in organization workshops and support local team onboarding to DRIVE 2030 projects
