Job Description
The Driver will operate IOM vehicles safely and responsibly for official business, perform routine maintenance checks, keep vehicles clean, and ensure they are serviced regularly. Responsibilities include route planning, preparing daily logs and monthly mileage reports, and maintaining vehicle records. The role requires a valid driver's licence, two years of driving experience, and a bachelor's degree. The position is remote.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (BA/BSc/HND) or KCSE with relevant experience.
- • Valid driver’s licence and at least two years of professional driving experience.
- • Ability to travel throughout Kenya and adhere to IOM safety and security protocols.

Responsibilities
- • Drive assigned IOM vehicle(s) safely and responsibly for official business.
- • Perform daily vehicle checks, including tires, brakes, engine oil, and fan belt, and arrange minor repairs as needed.
- • Keep vehicles clean and ensure regular service intervals are observed.
- • Maintain records of spare parts and conduct monthly inventory of parts.
- • Plan the most direct and safe routes using available road networks.
- • Prepare daily log sheets and a monthly report summarizing mileage, fuel consumption, and other statistics.
- • Uphold confidentiality and discretion in all communications related to the role.
