Job Description
The Driver Success Specialist will oversee driver onboarding, training and ongoing engagement to ensure high‑quality service and compliance with safety standards. The role focuses on building strong driver relationships, monitoring performance metrics and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
- • Demonstrated interpersonal and relationship‑management abilities.
- • Excellent communication, conflict‑resolution and empathy skills.
- • Strong problem‑solving orientation and proactive attitude.
- • Ability to use basic data‑tracking and reporting tools.
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Coordinate driver onboarding and deliver comprehensive induction sessions.
- • Organise ongoing training programmes focused on safety, professionalism and customer service.
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers through regular communication.
- • Collect and analyse driver feedback to recommend operational improvements.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for driver inquiries, payment issues and trip disputes.
- • Monitor driver performance metrics and provide targeted coaching.
- • Communicate performance targets, incentive programmes and earning opportunities.
- • Collaborate with customer‑support and operations teams to address service gaps.
- • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards and local regulations.
- • Identify and flag non‑compliance or disciplinary issues for management action.
