Job Description
The Driving School Instructor delivers both theoretical and practical driving lessons to learners, ensuring they acquire the knowledge and skills needed for safe road conduct. Reporting to the Branch Manager, the instructor evaluates learner progress and provides feedback to promote competence. The role also emphasizes road safety awareness and adherence to local traffic regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Valid driving instructor licence and clean driving record
- • Experience teaching or coaching drivers, preferably in a formal driving school
- • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- • Ability to assess learner competence and provide constructive feedback
- • Knowledge of local traffic regulations and safety standards
