Job Description
The Dynamics 365 CRM Developer will design, configure and extend the Customer Engagement platform to meet business needs. Working closely with key users and functional consultants, the developer translates requirements into technical designs, builds custom plug‑ins, Power Apps and integrations, and ensures solutions are scalable and maintainable. Responsibilities include full‑life‑cycle development, testing, deployment and post‑go‑live support using Azure DevOps. The role demands strong C#/.NET and Power Platform expertise.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or related field
- • 3–5 years of hands‑on Dynamics 365 CE / CRM development experience
- • Microsoft certifications such as PL‑400, PL‑200 or MB‑210 preferred
- • Experience with Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse
- • Strong C#/.NET development skills for plug‑ins and custom assemblies
- • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML and client‑side development
- • Knowledge of integration techniques using REST/SOAP APIs, Azure services and Dual‑write
- • Familiarity with ALM processes, Azure DevOps and source control
- • Good analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Gather and document functional and technical requirements from stakeholders
- • Produce technical design documents, solution specifications and effort estimates
- • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE modules such as Sales and Customer Service
- • Develop C# plug‑ins, custom workflow activities and assemblies
- • Create JavaScript/TypeScript web resources, PCF controls and Power Apps
- • Design and extend the Dataverse data model and security roles
- • Build integrations with Finance & Operations using Web API, Dual‑write, Azure Functions and Logic Apps
- • Manage solution lifecycle, packaging and deployment via Azure DevOps
- • Conduct unit testing, support SIT/UAT and resolve defects
- • Provide post‑go‑live support, troubleshooting and continuous enhancements
