Job Description
The E‑Commerce Catalogue & Platform Associate will build and maintain the product catalogue for a new agricultural inputs marketplace, ensuring accurate data, high‑quality images and seamless platform functionality. The role involves data entry, media sourcing, and close collaboration with developers to test user journeys. Over time, the associate will support ongoing store operations and continuous improvement of the digital storefront.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Management or related field
- • 1–3 years experience in data entry, e‑commerce or catalogue management
- • Strong attention to detail and proficiency in written English
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Structure, upload and maintain comprehensive product listings with accurate SKU, specifications, pricing and categorisation
- • Cleanse and format bulk data using Excel or Google Sheets
- • Source, edit and optimise product images and technical documents
- • Write clear, commercial product descriptions for customers
- • Collaborate with web developers to test and QA platform functionality, including search, checkout and payment flows
- • Support launch activities and transition to day‑to‑day store operations
